Returns
We accept returns on eligible cabinet products within 7 days of pickup or delivery, as long as the item is:

In original packaging

In resalable condition
Returned items are subject to inspection before any refund is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Modified, cut, drilled, painted, or damaged items

Items missing parts, packaging, or hardware

Special-order or custom-order items

Clearance, final-sale, or discontinued items

Items damaged after pickup or delivery
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect all items carefully at the time of pickup or delivery.
If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us through the website contact form within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please include:

Description of the issue
Do not assemble, install, modify, or discard packaging for damaged or incorrect items before contacting us. Installed or modified items may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed, picked, shipped, or prepared for pickup.
Once an order has been prepared, picked up, shipped, or delivered, cancellation may not be available and the order may be treated as a return.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued after returned items are received and inspected.
Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method when possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Original shipping, delivery, handling, and service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping / Pickup
Customers are responsible for return shipping or transportation costs unless the return is due to an incorrect item or an error by Super Cabinets.
Items must be returned safely packaged to avoid damage during transportation.
Restocking Fee
Eligible returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, depending on the item condition, packaging condition, handling required, and reason for return.
The restocking fee may be deducted from the approved refund amount after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for eligible items if inventory is available. If the replacement item has a different price, the customer is responsible for any price difference.
