3. Pricing and Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. Product availability may change at any time and is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed and processed.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to offer a replacement, backorder option, partial fulfillment, or cancellation/refund for the unavailable item.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that all order information provided is accurate, including billing details, shipping or pickup information, product selections, quantities, and contact information.

Super Cabinets is not responsible for delays, errors, or additional costs caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

We may contact customers for order confirmation, availability, measurement questions, pickup coordination, delivery coordination, or other order-related matters.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed through the available payment methods at checkout or through other approved payment arrangements.

Orders may not be processed, released, shipped, delivered, or prepared for pickup until payment is confirmed.

6. Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping

Pickup, delivery, or shipping options may vary depending on product type, order size, customer location, and availability.

Customers are responsible for reviewing pickup, delivery, and shipping details before completing an order. Delivery dates, pickup dates, and estimated timelines are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Super Cabinets is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, warehouses, suppliers, weather, traffic, incorrect addresses, access issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Inspection Upon Receipt

Customers must inspect all items at the time of pickup or delivery.

Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported through our website contact form within 48 hours of receipt. Photos of the item, packaging, and order details may be required.

Do not assemble, install, modify, cut, drill, paint, or discard packaging for damaged or incorrect items before contacting us. Installed, modified, or used items may not be eligible for replacement, return, or refund.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible returns may be subject to inspection and a restocking fee of up to 30%. Shipping, delivery, handling, and service fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

Special-order, custom-order, clearance, final-sale, assembled, installed, modified, damaged, or incomplete items may not be eligible for return.

9. Installation and Measurements

Unless specifically stated in writing, product purchases do not include measurement, design, delivery, installation, labor, removal, disposal, modification, plumbing, electrical, countertop work, or other construction services.

Customers are responsible for verifying all measurements, layout requirements, wall conditions, floor conditions, code requirements, installation needs, and contractor coordination before ordering.

Super Cabinets is not responsible for installation errors, measurement errors, site conditions, modifications, or project delays caused by customer-provided measurements, third-party installers, contractors, designers, or other parties.

10. Product Use

Products must be used, handled, stored, assembled, and installed properly. Cabinets and accessories should be stored in a dry, protected environment before installation.

Super Cabinets is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, moisture exposure, misuse, improper assembly, improper installation, alteration, abuse, impact, excessive weight, environmental conditions, or normal wear and tear.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may include links, payment processors, shipping services, apps, or third-party tools. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, delays, errors, or damages.

Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Website Use
